Strategic acquisition strengthens Arterex’s European presence and broadens its injection mold design and construction capabilities for medical device customers worldwide.

(Arterex, July 7th, 2026)… Arterex, a leading global medical device designer, developer, and contract manufacturer, today announced the acquisition of Eurostamp Srl, a European leader in the design and construction of injection molds headquartered in Novi di Modena, Italy. The acquisition expands Arterex’s capabilities in precision tooling and mold building, deepening its ability to serve customers across Europe and globally with a more comprehensive suite of manufacturing solutions.

Founded in 1989 by Claudio Zenoni and Fausto Lugli, Eurostamp has built a 37-year legacy as a trusted supplier to leading multinational companies in the medical, packaging, and cosmetics sectors. The company specializes in the full mold lifecycle, from design and analysis through construction and testing, and is recognized for its investment in advanced technologies, rigorous quality standards, and responsive post-sales support. The founders will remain in their leadership roles, continuing the operational approach that has defined Eurostamp’s success, consistent with Arterex’s broader acquisition philosophy.

This acquisition adds significant tooling and mold-building depth to Arterex’s existing European operations and complements its established capabilities in design and development, extrusion, injection molding, and medical device assembly. With Eurostamp now part of the Arterex platform, customers will benefit from an expanded range of integrated services, faster turnaround on tooling development, and a stronger regional manufacturing presence to support their programs across the continent.

“Eurostamp is exactly the kind of company we look for when expanding the Arterex platform, with deep expertise, a proven track record, and a team that is passionate about delivering for customers,” said Jeff Goble, President & CEO, Arterex. “This acquisition strengthens our European capabilities in a meaningful way and gives our customers access to world-class tooling and mold-building expertise as part of a truly integrated manufacturing partner. We’re proud to welcome Claudio, Fausto, and the entire Eurostamp team to the Arterex family.”
